PEACOCK Green peafowl ( Pavo muticus ) Huge , with long legs and a long neck , a brilliant green body plumage , a long erect crest , britht blue and yellow facial skin. Habitat mixed deciduous woodland , secondary growth and clearings , usually close to shallow streams or rivers with exposed sand bars.
